Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories. If your item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@therooftoptent.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, returning funds to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
Refunds may be denied if the product is returned damaged, used, or missing components. In such cases, we will notify you with further options.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need a replacement, contact us, and we will arrange a new shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
