We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, reach out to us ASAP. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the specific rooftop tent model. Most orders ship within 5 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-7 days within the U.S. International orders may take longer. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
