Rooftop Tents are shipped via LTL Truck Freight and will arrive separately from other items. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before pickup. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days.

Final delivery is by appointment. Ensure you provide a valid phone number. You have a 15-minute window to inspect the shipment for damage before signing. If the tent is not on a pallet or shows visible damage, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Any concealed damage must be reported within 72 hours.
